My approach to psychiatry integrates mind and body through evidence based modalities like psychoanalysis, mindfulness, CBT and medications. I treat all psychiatric concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, alcohol use, relationship, self esteem and career issues. I am Yale trained with additional training in therapy from the NYPSI.
