I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds including LGBTQIA+ and those with marginalized identities. I specialize in trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am also very holistic in my style and always try to incorporate complementary and alternative therapies with treatment. I also enjoy working with people in recovery or working towards recovery.
I am comfortable prescribing any medication that might be supportive. I do tend to focus on preventative medicines and holistic approaches so that we do not need to rely heavily on medicines that are less sustainable.
I know it can be really intimidating to start a mental health journey and I do my best to make it as painless as possible. I will meet you where you are and focus on your goals. I am a minimalist and definitely do not "push pills." I also understand that sometimes you can have the healthiest lifestyle in the world and still need support from medicine.
