I specialize in medication management, but my super power is listening. I work closely with you to find holistic solutions to help you meet YOUR goals. Medication is just one tool we use for healing, and a variety of tools could be included in your treatment plan including psychotherapy, mindfulness, tips for better sleep, distress tolerance, and more.
It is difficult to make a first appointment, and people often tell me it feels scary to talk to a complete stranger about their challenges.
