Welcome, my name is Dinah Miller, M.D. and I am a psychiatrist in Baltimore. Are you in treatment but finding that your medications and psychotherapy are just not enough? Perhaps you are still depressed, anxious, or just very stuck in life and need a new perspective or reset. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy can help, and I love the connected nature of group treatment, especially for people who may be isolated by their illness. I am a psychiatrist who uses Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), an innovative psychedelic treatment, to help people when conventional treatments just aren't enough.
KAP groups are held in my office in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Baltimore. They meet for 5 sessions, and 3 of those sessions include psychedelic experiences with sublingual ketamine. I am present in the room for all sessions, along with a group co-facilitator, to make sure the experience is safe and tailored to your needs.
This is a unique and innovative way to address your problems; it will be work, but it will also be fun. KAP is about feeling better and having a transformational experience that catalyzes change. If other treatments have not worked, talk with your psychiatrist/prescriber about trying a KAP group.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is used to help reset your thinking- it gives you a chance to reorganize your thought patterns so they don't feed into depression, anxiety, PTSD, or compulsive behaviors. Used with group therapy, it is powerful, and also fun and challenging. The dissociative experiences or "psychedelic journeys" are one way to open doors.
