My primary practice goal is to partner with the client, and when appropriate the client’s family, to determine the best approach in relieving suffering and improving wellness. All aspects of an individual’s life can impact mental health and therefore I take a holistic approach when working with my clients. This often includes lifestyle and environmental modifications, engagement in psychotherapy, and evaluation of appropriateness for medication treatment.
My focus is on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation. My experience also allows for guidance around recommendations for which psychotherapy modalities to pursue. I strive to respect every individual’s and family’s values, culture, and perspectives when determining treatment plans.
I am committed to providing a compassionate and non-judgmental environment to work together towards your treatment goals. I look forward to building a meaningful connection and supporting your individualized experience with mental health.
