The best way to reach out is to call my office at the number listed, and speak to our lovely front desk staff to schedule an intake! They can help you assess your insurance coverage and book you with me quickly. Currently I'm booking within 1-2 weeks.
I collaborate with my patients using a bio-psycho-social approach. This means I acknowledge that our minds, bodies, and social environment all play a role for our mental health! I order labs or other workup to address physical health, and use evidence-based psychiatric medications when needed. I also provide therapeutic support and encourage behavior change.
We can work together to create a treatment plan that addresses your concerns and helps you feel good. I invite you to take the first step toward prioritizing your mental health!

I primarily treat ADHD, PTSD, mood (depression and bipolar) disorders, and anxiety (generalized, panic, OCD) disorders. Many of my patients have co-occurring medical or substance use disorders, as well. Treatment can be short term (6 months - 2 years) or ongoing. Appointments typically occur monthly at first, then can be spaced to every 3-12 months once symptoms are stable.
