My ideal client is someone who is serious about improving their mental health. Together, we work to come up with a treatment plan that is based on their individual needs. The goal is to help the client reach and maintain optimum functioning.
I perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, provide medication management, and provide psychoeducation counseling. I specialize in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Anxiety disorders, Depression, and Bipolar disorder. I treat adults and children age 5 and up.
I practice holistically which includes taking into account all aspects of a client's life when diagnosing and treating mental illness, including looking at physical health, emotional state, social interactions, and spiritual beliefs, as well as considering any medications or therapies that might be beneficial.
