Hi! I specialize in treating women (18+) with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, and trauma disorders. I offer an integrative approach to mental health that includes evidence-based psychiatric medications, complementary supplements, brief therapy interventions, and lifestyle suggestions. I believe that it is important to treat the root cause of the illness, rather than just treating the symptoms. I also specialized in treating patients through pregnancy and postpartum, as well as women in substance use and/or eating disorder recovery.
I am a doctor of nursing practice and a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. For most of my psychiatric career, I have worked along nurse midwives and women's health providers to provide excellent psychiatric care to women.
