Opey enjoys providing counseling and medication management of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, anger, women's mental health, and obesity, among many others. She is passionate about removing barriers to accessing quality healthcare by creating awareness and reducing the stigma associated with mental health. Opey believes in empowering patients with evidence- based strategies so they can live life in its fullness.

Dr. Omotolu (Tolu) Aje-Omokore is a dual board-certified doctorate prepared family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. She enjoys providing a holistic approach which includes psychotherapy and medication management. She implements evidence-based health strategies, to reduce depression, anxiety, pain, and life stressors and more. This in turn helps her patients to be more productive at work and in their personal life. These positive patient outcomes have continued to fuel her passion in mental health. Dr. Aje-Omokore’s goals are to reduce the stigma associated with mental health and enhance easy access to top notch healthcare.

I specialize in working with WOMEN who are survivors of abuse and assault to overcome their trauma, set boundaries, and move forward with their lives. Many women today carry the heavy weight of trauma, whether from abuse, significant life events, or ongoing challenges. These experiences leave deep scars, often resulting in feelings of unworthiness, self-blame, and inner turmoil that persist throughout their daily lives. I also specialize in The Hidden Struggles of Successful MEN who work in today's fast-paced, high-stakes work environment, in their relentless cycle of pressure and performance. She has over eleven years of nursing experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric care across the lifespan. She is committed to providing both competent and compassionate care to her clients. She places high value on a client’s full participation in the development of each treatment plan to encourage compliance and believes everyone deserves to have access to high-quality mental health care. She specializes in children, teenagers, and young adults.
