A real, caring relationship with a doctor that knows you as a person is the most important aspect of care. To facilitate these relationships, my practice is small, responsive and high-touch. A concierge practice means I work for you, not an insurance company, and put personalized care over patient volume. In my practice, you will get a high level of individual attention. In terms of real-world delivery of care, I designed my practice so that it is flexible to your needs and accessible based on your schedule.
I have expertise in both medication treatment (including ketamine) and psychotherapy. I have particular experience in treating addiction, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma. Importantly, I have advanced training in intensive, attachment-based and emotion-focused psychotherapy and also practice ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
A critical part of a high-touch practice is a detailed, no-rush intake process. This includes psychological testing and a 90-minute initial interview, often including significant others. This more intensive first contact allows me to get a full sense of you as a whole person. In most cases, I can schedule our initial interview within a few days.
