Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a psychiatrist and neuropsychiatrist working with a variety of clients in-person and over tele-health. I specialize in the integrative treatment of patients with mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, neuropsychiatric illness, and healing from trauma. I am a board certified neurologist, and understand the complex interplay between the structural “hardware” and emotional “software” in the brain. I have been featured in several media outlets including KQED and CBS for my work with clients with COVID-19 patients. I also teach extensively on neuropsychiatry and neuroanatomy at UCSF.
I take an evidence-based integrative approach to personalized medical care. I am an assistant clinical professor at UCSF. I provide both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments, and draw upon many forms of healing to tailor a treatment plan to a patient's unique needs. I bring a whole-brain approach to my client's needs.
During my time at UCSF, I pursued additional training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, addiction psychiatry, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, advanced nutrition, and sleep medicine. I enjoy working with patients of all ages with an aim of cultivating psychological growth and greater wellbeing.
