I am a board-certified psychiatrist practicing virtually and in person in Midtown Manhattan. Licensed in NY, NJ, CT, and FL, I treat adults experiencing issues with mood, attention, stress, and/or problem-solving. I utilize a variety of strategies to help my patients feel better and meet their personal goals including DBT, CBT, ACT, Existential, and Supportive therapy. I am also board certified in Neurology, which gives me a unique perspective on the medications used to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, and panic. I am also a certified meditation instructor.
My specialties include attention deficit disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, stress management, insomnia, and other conditions causing poor mood and behavioral health. Through an individualized combination of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, behavioral counseling, and/or life style modifications, I am dedicated to helping my patients lead more satisfying lives.
