Thank you for visiting my page. I am a Master’s educated, board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Nurse with a holistic approach to all aspects of patient care. I have an extensive background in the critical care setting, helping to stabilize acutely ill patients with psychiatric and medical conditions. My passion to help patients achieve full wellness is complimented by holistic care.
My goals is to help you obtain and maintain good mental health by treating and teaching you how to integrate your mind from the body. Aditionally, I am a registered yoga instructor and fitness enthusiast and loves to educate her patients on the benefits of such to enable the powerful mind-body connection.
My office is available via text or phone Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. I have openings within a week and my supportive, responsive team will be happy to help you get started.
