I like to provide long term therapy to be part of your journey to "yourself". I combine EMDR, ego state therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, Gestalt, therapy for intergenerational trauma and other therapies. I add medications as needed.
I see my patients first as a human and as a whole. With our journey together, my patients leave feeling content and complete.
