I am an experienced Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing. I was honored to receive Northwell Health’s Advanced Clinical Providers Recognition Award in the Department of Psychiatry in 2019. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and insomnia.
I utilize the most up-to-date evidence based practices in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. I provide extensive psychoeducation to those I serve and employ my previous training as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) to assist in the development of sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.
