I am dedicated to helping individuals get through whatever life throws their way. I believe that individual growth can happen in a variety of ways, including psychotherapy. In my practice I work with patients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, OCD and ADHD. I also believe that medications always work best with continued therapy and will partner with psychologists and therapists for medication management to ensure the optimal results.
