Certainly, I want to help people diminish suffering but a lasting approach must involve a determined commitment to living a fulfilling life.
I have had 50 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of psychiatric and psychological problems from identity issues in adolescence to bipolar illness and to helping people deal with end of life issues. I utilize a range of therapeutic strategies as needed from psychodynamic interventions to more pragmatic approaches like DBT and CBT.
