I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience. Proficient in both medication treatment and psychotherapy, I provide a whole-client approach. I take the time to hear the breadth and depth of your experience, and dedicate the same effort to crafting a treatment plan in a spirit of collaboration. I develop medication regimens tailored to your needs and update them as needed. I also provide both individual and group psychotherapy. I have a particular interest in making mental health care accessible to all members of our diverse community.
I work with teens and adults and address the entire breadth of mental health conditions. I have been providing tele-mental healthcare for over twenty years and am pleased to offer this service during this period when people are being asked to stay home. Our best value is high-quality group psychotherapy, $60 per session.
