I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who focuses on life challenges midlife and beyond. Mental health and well-being are essential components of a fulfilling life throughout one's lifespan. Anxiety and depression do not have to be a normal part of life. As a Nurse Practitioner, I believe in treating the whole person integrating therapy, medication management, and lifestyle recommendations into your treatment plan. Specialized services are offered: Psychiatric Evaluation, Mood and Anxiety Management, Memory and Cognitive Support, Grief /Loss Counseling, and Medication Management. Medicare and Aetna accepted.
