Depression and anxiety disorders would be my area of expertise, having dealt with and cared for patients with a variety of depression and anxiety issues. Struggling with depression and anxiety, the ideal patient would be open to performing lab tests to rule out any contributing medical issues. My ideal patients would be open and willing to accept treatment, including psychotherapy, medication, and other beneficial integrative approaches. They would be open to avoiding polypharmacy and following the low & slow approach to starting a new treatment to prevent adverse reactions.
