So often we are advised of what we need to do to make change in our lives, but we are not advised how to make that happen. I enjoy helping people learn how to apply the needed changes and make them sustainable. No matter the struggle, we can make a plan for change. We will spend time learning the struggles together and personalize a plan with focus on integrative practices and we will do so in a clear and very attainable way.
I received my psychiatric nurse practitioner license from University of California San Francisco in 2014. Since this time, I have focused on building my knowledge with more holistic and integrative ways to help my patients. I have received my certification in naturopathy and am currently working on my certification in Ayurvedic medicine.
We as a society are so quick to treat with a pill. I believe there are more ways to improve our outcomes and live a healthier and happier life than with medication alone. In many cases medications are not needed. change, support and guidance are needed. Either way, we explore and create a plan that personalized to you.
