I completed medical school and psychiatry residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago where I had excellent training in both medication management and psychotherapy. As your psychiatrist, I will collaborate with you while you navigate your life in this chaotic world today. I will work with you to decrease your suffering and set you up for success in life through a combination of medications or supplements if appropriate, lifestyle modification and behavioral changes, and successful coping skills. I have an integrative approach emphasizing ‘lifestyle’ psychiatry to live your best life. I treat all types of mental illness.
I provide thorough psychiatric assessments followed by individualized care to meet your needs. I see people ages 18-65 with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, sleep disorders, eating disorders, addictions, OCD, psychotic disorders, and life stress. I also have expertise in working with the college student population, and LGBTQIA identifying people.
I look forward to working with you to become the best version of you in this life. I am currently licensed in Colorado and Wyoming, and I am happy to meet you virtually, and in person when I have office space (in Laramie, WY, Steamboat Springs, CO, and Fort Collins/Larimer County, CO).
