I’m here to support you in achieving your mental health goals and improving your quality of life. I offer a client centered approach that is specialized to the individual. I use medication management and psychotherapy to address the needs of my client. We'll focus on client specific goals that we set and a constant evaluation of progress and setbacks to meet those goals. I offer knowledge and experience as well as my dedication to provide the best care.
My ideal client is an adult who struggles with their mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorder, substance abuse, ADHD and is willing to put in the time and effort to take a full body approach to heal. They are willing to utilize both pharmacology and non-pharmacological options and want to improve their quality of life.
