I promise that I am here to support and listen to your needs and whatever you are going through right now. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I integrate holistic approaches in addition to medication in my treatment approach. Every person that comes into my office is very different and deserves to be seen for who they are and not only their symptoms. Together we will create a plan that works for you whether with medication, therapy, or both.
I provide a holistic and comprehensive assessment focusing on all areas of your life. I specialize in women's mental health, but love helping others. I offer treatment for a variety of mental health conditions. I also provide integrative care approach collaborating with your primary care provider, therapist, coaches, and other designated allies.
I prescribe psychiatric medications and can help you walk through the decision to figure out if medication is best for you. We will create a medication treatment plan which could include decreasing medications. I celebrate diversity in my clients and committed to help destigmatize mental health.
