As a provider specializing in pediatric and young adult patients, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I am warm, welcoming, and take my time to gain a holistic understanding of my patients, their families, and what kind of help they are seeking. I tailor my care to each patient considering their preferences, strengths, and limitations (internal and external). While I provide pharmacotherapy, medication alone is very rarely the answer. I also focus on developing coping, communication, and creative problem solving skills, as well as identifying additional appropriate supports that will help lead to recovery and success.
I genuinely enjoy working with kids, teens, young adults, and their families. With my older clients, for whom family may or may not be involved, navigating the transition into adulthood can come with many challenges, both universal and particular to you. I am here to support you and look forward to seeing where your journeys will lead you.
