Mental health is not one glove fits all. We each have our unique backgrounds, stories, lifestyles, struggles, beliefs, and sources of joy. I help high-functioning individuals better understand their mental health and progress further in their lives. I combine holistic practice with my expertise in psychiatric medication. I use mindfulness meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, life coaching, lab monitoring, vitamins, nutrition, books, and other integrative techniques to promote long-term wellness.
