As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a board certification in Psychiatric Mental Health, I am proud to be the founder of A Beautiful Mind, INC. I am pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) while completing a functional psychiatry fellowship. My approach to care extends beyond traditional Western psychiatry. I focus on the root causes of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar, and more.

We all tend to seek help when what we are doing is no longer working, or we feel stuck , dissatisfied or our life is out of control, or someone we care about says that we should get help. I view these pivotal moments as potential moments of alchemy, if we are willing to be mindful with what is, staying with our experience and working through it. Remaining mindFUL allows the experience to teach us what we are supposed to learn, if we are open to it. I am here to support you as you go through your journey, face your challenges, identify patterns with you that keep you feel stuck so that you can be more free to be your best self.

Noel Adams is a board certified medication provider specializing in Anxiety Disorders (OCD, PTSD, panic disorder) ADHD, Depression and other Mood Disorders, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and Behavioral Disorders. Noel provides care to patients across a lifespan (ages 6+) with over a decade of experience in healthcare helping individuals navigate their mental health in both hospital and clinic settings.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the states of Iowa and Missouri. I have full practice authority in the state of Iowa, I am accepting new patients in Iowa and Missouri. I practice psychiatry by assessing biological, psychological and social aspects of each patient I care for, to deliver optimal mental health. I take insurance in Missouri and Iowa. I am an independent, full practice psychiatric nurse practitioner, able to prescribe, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders. I have spent the past 18yrs getting to know patients with Bipolar, Anxiety, ADD, Addiction and integrative psychiatry care. I find this group fascinating. We are currently accepting new patients for ADHD Neuropsychological testing. Think you have ADHD? No problem! We offer ADHD Objective Testing that can be used to guide ADHD diagnosis for patients. The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. We also offer adult autism assessment and DBT-informed therapy. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, we offer a custom approach for each client! We start with understanding where you are now and your challenges. We help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. Kelsey believes it is important to create an individualized plan of care that integrates client involvement, evidence-based practices, and interprofessional collaboration. Kelsey is a board certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has worked in the mental health field since 2009. Her background includes experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. Kelsey earned her Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Iowa State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Allen College.

Amber is focused on developing a partnership with her clients by providing patient-centered care. She believes it is important to take the time to listen to her clients’ concerns and health goals to develop an optimal treatment plan. Amber’s style of practice includes traditional medicine, as well as natural treatments including but not limited to: vitamins, supplements, lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, and stress management
