Her expertise includes managing Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Eating Disorders, Addiction, and Trauma. Tamara Brock, PMHNP, APRN Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides medication management with therapeutic counseling and education. She has worked in all levels of psychiatric care and has experience in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), trauma and stress disorders, eating disorders, insomnia, and a variety of other mental health concerns. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities in her treatment plans.

Amy is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. She maintains a comprehensive focus to care, including brief psychotherapy and prescribing mental health medications if indicated for adolescents and adults. She possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. Amy follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation and intuition.
