If I were to imagine my ideal client, they would be in search of support to heal, energize and become aware of their inner strengths. Such goals can be achieved at Inner Peace LLC by providing a safe space and building rapport. I actively listen to client concerns and customize an individualized treatment plan. I specialize in the treatment of individuals across the lifespan, serving adolescence to the geriatric population who suffer from mental illness. I desire to accompany my clients every step of their journey. My goal is to assist clients in growing from struggles, healing from pain, and moving forward in their lives.
Not only will clients receive individual psychotherapy and/or medication management, but they can look forward to experiencing reiki healing. During these sessions, all chakra energy centers are balanced, and auras are cleared. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a favorite as it is an ideal tool/intervention for most diagnoses.
You don't have to be great to start, but you must start to be great. Anything we do that involves bettering ourselves is an investment in ourselves. Mental health is not a destination but a process.
