Hello. My name is Tanesha, and I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing care for clients in Indiana. I have over 10 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings and specialties with several of those years being devoted to psychiatry and mental health.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist and current Professor of Forensic Psychiatry. I work with children (5 and older), adolescents and adults and my particular areas of focus are mood disorders (Depression, Bipolar Spectrum, and Seasonal Affective Disorder), Anxiety Spectrum, Eating Disorders, Special Needs Children, ADD/ADHD. I also offer specialty evaluations pertaining to child adoption, aviation, and forensics. My practice is located right off of State Road 9 and I-70 in Greenfield,IN. Hello, my name is Lindsay Manning. I have been practicing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2015 after obtaining my Master's of Nursing from Indiana University. My experience includes medical psychiatry, consultation liaison, acute inpatient, community mental health and corrections. Currently, I provide telehealth services for diagnosis and medication management to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and other mood disorders. My mission is to work collaboratively with you to help you identify your own treatment goals, feel supported and heard, gain symptom relief, and ultimately enhance your overall functioning.

The stigma of mental health disorders and/or addiction often stops people from seeking assistance for several reasons. Fear of judgement. Fear of being treated like a number, not a human being. Fear of being "told" what the treatment plan is. I believe in creating a safe space for the patient and provider to build trust, determine long-term and short-term goals which leads to the start of a successful journey together. Transportation, time and availability can present roadblocks to seeking assistance. Telehealth services are available as well as crisis appointments.

Michelle is passionate about delivering care to individuals suffering from anxiety, substance use, and depression. Client motivation and dedication are key to utilizing the tools provided during our sessions including medication management, implementing lifestyle interventions, and therapy to help develop and implement a successful treatment plan. Relief of the client's suffering in dealing with their mental health issues and striving for an improvement in their quality of life is key to treatment.

Kimberly is a certified physician assistant (PA) began her career practicing in urgent care in 2017 and eventually transitioned into psychiatry. She is passionate about mental health and the importance it plays in overall health and well being. Kimberly recognizes the importance of providing empathetic, quality, and compassionate care that is evidence based, yet individualized and tailored to the patient. Kimberly is committed to helping you feel your best and helping you cultivate personal growth in all areas of your life.

I believe the most important aspects of a quality assessment and therapeutic relationship is active listening and clear communication. I appreciate that everyone has their unique story and personal struggles. Allotting 90 minutes for an initial encouter allows me the time to provide a comprehensive assessment and construct an individualized plan of care. Inherent vulnerabilities, trauma, medical conditions, and unhealthy lifestyles can all contribute to distress and dysfunction. My diverse training and experience enable me to address issues in all of these areas to promote recovery and wellbeing.

I am a private practice psychiatrist with 30 years of experience. I treat the adult and geriatric patients. My focus is Treatment Resistant Depression.

My ideal client would understand that the journey to wellness and recovery requires time, effort, and patience. They would be receptive to treatment suggestions which may include psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and medication options. Our wonderful patients come from all walks of life. They seek evaluation, treatment, and relief from depression or suicidal thoughts that are resistant to antidepressants and/or other medications. We care for patients either as their primary psychiatric provider or upon referral to us from other medical or therapy providers. We treat with Spravato (generic name esketamine) or ketamine. Even if patients decide they do not want ketamine-based treatment, we have other effective ways to help. We are a mental health clinic and that is our passion.

I am an adult and adolescent psychiatrist at Indiana Health Group in Carmel. Typically I see patients from 12-75 y/o. I am also the team psychiatrist for the Indianapolis Colts. My certifications include NFL (National Football League) Certified Evaluator for Performance-Enhancing Substances as well as a Suboxone prescriber. I see patients for psychopharmacology medication evaluations and follow-up visits, as well as health management in relation to his/her mental health needs. In addition, I am a firm believer in the mental health benefits of exercise, work/personal life balance, positive relationships, and evidence-based medicine.

About me: I was drawn to psychiatry because I enjoy connecting with people and feel everyone has a unique story to tell. I treat everything on the psychiatric spectrum from mild to moderate severity, as well as those stubborn conditions where medications have not been effective. Psychiatry is one of the last frontiers of medicine and we are continuously seeing the field grow. I dedicated much of my training to researching and becoming skilled in novel methods of delivering psychiatric care, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine treatments.
