Bradley Pechter, MD is a psychiatrist with over 25 years of clinical experience. He has attended school at Stanford University, Northwestern Medical School, and the Universities of Illinois and Colorado. He has been board-certified in adult, child & adolescent and addiction psychiatry over the course of his career. Dr. Pechter has also been on the faculty at Northwestern, Rush and the University of Illinois. He has been in private practice for the past 10 years and has a special interest in Child, Adolescent and Young Adult Psychiatry.

I am a Rush trained, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who provides psychotherapy and medication management. Dr. Rebecca Gilfillan is a board certified psychiatrist, with expertise in a wide variety of psychiatric disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. She received her psychiatric training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and is currently an attending psychiatrist and the psychiatric medical student site director at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. She has a strong background in both medication management and psychotherapy, and believes in tailoring treatments to the individual, considering holistic and lifestyle changes equally as important as medications.

Elizabeth has been a family nurse practitioner since 2013, receiving a Masters degree in nursing from St. Xavier universory in Chicago.  She has worked in a variety of settings, including psychiatry that became her passion. Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, two children and their dog, soap making, and spending time outdoors.

As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

I was born and raised in New Jersey. I completed my undergraduate training at Rutgers University and obtained my medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. I completed my residency training in Psychiatry at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker School of Medicine in Southwest Michigan, which was primarily focused on working in a rural area in a community hospital.

Dr. Binder offers both psychotherapy and medication management with attention to mind, body, and spirit.
