Dr. Amelia Merz strives to provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative process with you & your therapist to achieve recovery from mental health problems and substance abuse. She is board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and is certified by Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mental Health. She uses an evidence-based approach in her practice. She trained at the University of Minnesota where she completed both medical school and residency. Dr. Merz has practiced in many settings including outpatient clinics, residential treatment centers and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.

I provide Psychiatric Assessments and Medication Management for clients across the lifespan dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders. My clinical approach is client centered and I strive to provide a collaborative therapeutic relationship to help individuals thrive in treatment.

Richard Logan is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has a BSN from Concordia University and an MSN from Walden University. Richard can help individuals by listening to their concerns and what they wish to accomplish. Then, together, they and Richard can choose options best suited to them as an individual. Outside of work, Richard enjoys reading, outdoor sports, and camping.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I specialize in psychiatric assessments and medication management and utilize a personal and individual approach with all my clients. I treat adults ages 18-65 dealing with a broad range of conditions including: depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and other mood disorders.

Rana Clarizio, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Diabetes Specialist (CDCES) With over 30 years of experience as a nurse, Rana Clarizio is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Diabetes Specialist (CDCES) dedicated to integrating the mind and body for holistic balance. Her practice is built on the foundation of providing empathetic mental health support to her patients. Rana sees patients from age 13 through the end of life, offering her expertise and compassionate care to those who need it most.

Matthew R. Mills, M.D., is a licensed, private-practice psychiatrist located in the Lakeview Neighborhood of Chicago. Dr. Mills is Board Certified by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Mills completed his undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and is a 2006 graduate of the Psychiatry Residency and Training Program at the University of Illinois Medical Center.

As a group psychotherapist and addiction psychiatrist, I am available to work with you on any phase of recovery from addictions, compulsive behaviors and the effects of being in a relationship with an addict (whether parent, sibling, partner or child).
