My approach as a nurse practitioner is rooted in collaboration with parents, recognizing their crucial role in the well-being of their children. Together, we work towards building healthier relationships and managing emotions. We set essential goals for various aspects of life, including education, love, and overall well-being. My areas of expertise include attention deficit disorder, depression and anxiety, behavior, Tourette Syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, LGBTQ+ community, and autism. I believe in a patient centered and collaborative approach to psychiatric treatment. I specialize in medication management for adults with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression and Anxiety. However, I treat a wide variety of psychiatric conditions including ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, PTSD and Substance Use Disorders.

Dr. Denise Garcia is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who has been practicing since 2021. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Resurrection University and her Doctorate Degree in Nursing from Rush University College of Nursing. Dr. Garcia is certified in psychiatry across the lifespan and is trained to work with different populations. She can provide services like psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and order laboratory tests/imagining.

Dr. Craig Kestenberg is a Psychiatrist in Illinois who has been practicing since 2001. He has a D.O. degree with Residency Training in Psychiatry as well as Fellowship Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is board-certified in both General Psychiatry and Child And Adolescent Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Kestenberg enjoys providing patients and their family members with the most appropriate patient-centered treatment options, which is based on his great medical knowledge from past training, continuing education, and a variety of clinical experiences.

Maureen Raiz is a Nurse Practitioner in Illinois. Maureen provides a holistic approach, stigma-free, evidence-based, and compassionate care to individuals needing mental health services. Dr. Sanjeev Dwivedi, Board-Certified Psychiatrist, believes you don't have to navigate mental health challenges on your own, and he is here to provide care to children, adolescents, and adults with issues such as OCD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. Dr. Dwivedi completed his fellowship at the Institute for Juvenile Research and his residency at Chicago Medical School. Prior to joining LifeStance Health, Dr. Dwivedi served as a child psychiatrist for DuPage County and did research at Hines VA Hospital.

Janine Watters is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) based in Illinois. With a clinical focus spanning a broad age range from 6 to 65+, Janine has a particular affinity for adolescents and young adults. She possesses a wealth of expertise in addressing various mental health concerns and is committed to delivering individualized care. Endia McDonald is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University and Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University. She has several years of working in outpatient psychiatry. Endia believes every patient has their own unique set of roots, tied to a distinct biological and social story. Learning about these stories and working with her patients to overcome the challenges within them is what Endia enjoys most about her career.

Sony Hu, PMHNP-BC, is passionate about providing psychiatric care for people with multiple backgrounds. He started his psychiatric journey since 2015 and continues on today. He is happy to provide care for children, adolescents and adults. Judith Sheldon is a board certified and licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 28 years of experience providing exceptional, compassionate, and evidence-based care to her patients. She obtained her Associates of Science degree in nursing in 1992 from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, IL. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2001 and her Master of Science degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 from Olivet Nazarene University, and later received certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of St. Francis.
