Hello! My name is Chudney, I am a dual licensed nurse practitioner. I am a certified family medicine and psychiatric mental health doctorate prepared nurse practitioner. I specialize in providing care for the whole being, working with patient's age 5-65 years of age. I am a native of Tennessee. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Baptist College of Health Science in 2011. I then went to earn a Master's in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Tennessess State University in 2017. In December 2022, I graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with my Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health.

Kemi completed her associates degree in Nursing from Elgin Community College in 2016, and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019.
