Dr. Kachman is a Michigan trained physician with deep roots in southwest Michigan. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 from Michigan State University Honors College, and her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2008 from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. She completed her residency in psychiatry in 2012 at Michigan State University’s Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. Dr. Kachman, who has been board certified in psychiatry since 2013. Dr. Kim is an experienced board-certified psychiatrist who provides compassionate, personal care through counseling and medication management. He received his BA with Honors in the Philosophy of Science and Medicine from the University of Chicago, his MD from the University of Illinois, and his psychiatry residency at the Loyola University Medical Center where he was Chief Resident. I work primarily with individuals, providing psychotherapy (talk therapy) and medication when needed. Much of my experience has involved helping people with depression, relationship problems, parenting or medical illness. I have been practicing general adult psychiatry since 1997 and have extensive expertise in evaluating and treating individuals of all ages, as well as treating a wide variety of emotional and mental conditions that range from mood/anxiety disorders, substance abuse, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and eating disorders to consulting with clients about grief, trauma, work stress, relationship problems, adoption, legal cases, disability, and other major life changing events. I utilize biopsychosocial approach to mental illness that takes into account each individual's physical health, environment, and psychological experiences throughout their life.

Debora Ellis is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who treats a broad range of mental illnesses in patients of all ages. Dr. Ellis completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree at Rush University in Chicago. Her areas of interest include personality disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, and addictions. Dr. Ellis’ philosophy of patient care is based on establishing a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with the patient that is founded on effective communication and honesty.

Dr. Gundu Reddy is licensed in Illinois. Prior to starting a residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine, she pursued additional research in HIV Psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU Psychoanalytic Institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

Women and birthing people face unique mental health challenges. Mandy specializes in women's and perinatal psychiatry, valuing a holistic approach to mental health. She provides comprehensive care that addresses psychological, emotional, and physical well-being. Her services include medication management, supportive therapy, preconception counseling, and birth/postpartum planning. With additional training in integrative psychiatry, Mandy offers natural treatment options for those who prefer to limit medication.

In my practice, I strive to take a holistic approach to treatment. I focus on the biological aspects of treatment via medications when necessary, the psychological aspects of treatment via psychotherapy and the social aspects of treatment by inviting family and significant others to participate in treatment if the patient wishes. Psychiatric issues are much more complex than a single diagnosis, and I look forward the challenge of discovering the depth of each patient.
