While I am dedicated to providing care to a general psychiatric population, I feel uniquely privileged in providing care to individuals coping with parenting and marital stressors. Hello! My name is Chudney, I am a dual licensed nurse practitioner. I am a certified family medicine and psychiatric mental health doctorate prepared nurse practitioner. I specialize in providing care for the whole being, working with patient's age 5-65 years of age. I am a native of Tennessee. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Baptist College of Health Science in 2011. I then went to earn a Master's in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Tennessess State University in 2017. In December 2022, I graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with my Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health.

I am able to provide medication management for any condition included in the DSM-V. Mood disorders, psychotic disorders, neurodivergent disorders, Depression, Anxiety, sleep disorders, etc. When managing Neurodivergent disorders, documentation to support childhood evaluations and diagnosis is required upon initial meeting. If patient was never evaluated as a child, we will require neuropsychological testing to support diagnosis prior to initiating pharmacologic treatment. Controlled substance agreements are utilized for any scheduled drugs that are prescribed. Strict DEA guidelines in practice for such medications.

I have 20 years of experience working in various settings, treating persons suffering from mental health symptoms. My areas of expertise are reproductive psychiatry (pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, infertility), as well as mood and anxiety disorders in both genders.
