I am a state-licensed and nationally board-certified physician associate who forms strong therapeutic alliances with patients in order to provide high-quality, culturally competent care.  I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication support using innovative modalities designed to diagnose and treat a variety of challenges. In addition to medication management, I specialize in the administration of psychedelic therapy (Spravato) for patients suffering from treatment-resistant depression. I also offer evaluations for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for those struggling with depression, OCD, anxious depression, and more.

My approach to care is open, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I make use of motivational interviewing techniques and dialogue during my sessions mixed with aspects of both solution focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to treatment; addressing issues related to clients’ physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs.

Audrey is a board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She treats psychiatric conditions using a holistic approach with therapeutic intervention and medication management. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of disorders and behavioral symptoms. In 2018, She completed her Advanced Practice degree through St. Francis University in Joliet. Prior to this, Audrey worked as psychiatric nurse. Audrey has had extensive experience within multiple settings including inpatient, residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient practice across the lifespan.

Comfort Lacy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who has been practicing since 2019. Comfort’s approach to patient care emphasizes evidencebased practices, empathetic communication, and a holistic understanding of each individual’s circumstances. She recognizes that each individual’s journey is unique and strives to create a nonjudgmental and supportive space where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and experiences. Comfort specializes in treatments of psychiatric illnesses through medication management and supportive psychotherapies.

Khyati Patel is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She has experienced working with adults and adolescents. She has exceptional clinical skills in treating both pediatric and adult population. She is specializing in Adhd, Anxiety, Depression, and Ptsd. Khyati, approaches her patient Holistic rather than focusing on their diagnosis. She believes it is important to understand the patient holistically to receive benefits from the treatment. Listening to patients’ concerns is one of her empower skills that she carries with her.

Hey there, I'm Ally- and yes, you guessed it, I prefer Ally over the whole "Allyson" thing. I've been a nurse practitioner for a few years now, but let me take you on a journey from where it all began. Picture this: I was a mere 15-year old diving into the world of healthcare as a dietary aide at Alexian Village. Yeah, that's right, I started right at the bottom, soaking up the experiences like a sponge. Fast forward a bit, and I found myself rocking new titles of CNA, PCT, and eventually a full-fledged registered nurse. It's like that song "Started from the Bottom," and trust me, I can hum it in my sleep.

I hold a doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) and am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I earned my MSN with a concentration in psychiatric mental health and a doctorate in nursing with the highest honors. I am an approachable and affable practitioner. I exhibit an exceptional passion for mental health, which is conspicuously manifested in my patient interactions and correspondence.
