Molly has over a decade of varied nursing experience including medical-surgical, labor and delivery, and women’s health. She works with adults and is passionate about helping individuals living with depression, postpartum mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.

I started my career in healthcare providing respite, residential, and skilled community living care to children and young adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. During this time, I fell in love with the profession of nursing and completed my BSN in 2018 at Mercy College of Health and Sciences. I began my nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and later transitioned to working at a pediatric outpatient clinic. I felt most passionate about working with children and young adults seeking treatment for mental health and chose to pursue my Master of Sciences in Nursing at Briar Cliff University.

The decision to seek evaluation and medication support for your child is complex and often emotional. I desire to help families understand all options in a supportive, caring environment where both children and their caregivers feel comfortable in asking questions and sharing concerns. In planning for your child's support, I understand that there are many factors to consider, including family dynamics, school performance, peer relationships, behaviors, nutrition, sleep, and overall wellness. I bring over ten years of emergency and psychiatric nursing to my practice. I am committed to serving my clients with compassion, open communication, and kindness in a nonjudgmental environment. Corey Weaver is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who has worked in healthcare in the Des Moines area for over 20 years, which includes inpatient and outpatient mental health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. He went on to earn his Masters of Science in Nursing at Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa. Corey provides patient centered care with individualized treatment plans. Corey’s specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Corey enjoys spending time with family, traveling, sports, and appreciates continual learning.

I believe the importance of exerting a positive influence , providing individualized care, acknowledging each clients unique situation, and providing compassionate high quality care is what each client looks for in a provider.

Michelle Kubik is a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) and provides psychiatric care and medication management at Kingdom Counseling. Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at Central College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry. She graduated from Des Moines University in 2015 with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Michelle worked as a provider in primary care for seven years where she found her passion caring for those struggling with their mental health.

Taking that first step of asking for help can be difficult, but I am here to provide support without judgment. My office is a safe space where you can be yourself — without judgement. I prioritize collaborating with you and, where appropriate, your family to create a person-centered approach to mental healthcare. As your medication prescriber, I will work with you to determine what mental health medications may help alleviate your symptoms and allow you to work towards your goals. You will have a voice and be an active participant in your mental health treatment.

Nikki provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment for patients to discuss their unique challenges, ensuring each individual receives tailored support for their mental health needs. She integrates not only medication management, supportive therapy but also holistic approaches into her practice, emphasizing the importance of lifestyle improvements such as sleep and diet in achieving optimal mental health.
