My focus areas for mental health treatment include psychotherapeutic treatment and medication management for the following: anxiety, depression, PTSD, attention deficit disorder, and substance use disorder. I use evidence-based strategies to support issues such as trauma focused care. Motivational interviewing, strength-based care, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral strategies. My goal is to provide improvement in your overall health.

Ms. Roetman is Dual Certified Nurse Practitioner who works with clients along the life span from age 12 yo to 65 yo experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, psychotic disorders, and other mental health concerns. Mrs. Roetman graduated from Drake University with her MSN, FNP-BC and the University of IA for her PMHNP-BC. She provides medication management and supportive therapy. Her treatment model emphasis providing a calm and supportive environment in an attempt to humanize the experience of treatment allowing clients to receive the highest quality of care.

We are currently accepting new patients for ADHD Neuropsychological testing. Think you have ADHD? No problem! We offer ADHD Objective Testing that can be used to guide ADHD diagnosis for patients. The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. We also offer adult autism assessment and DBT-informed therapy. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, we offer a custom approach for each client! We start with understanding where you are now and your challenges. We help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. I offer medication management while using a holistic approach along with evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, women’s mental health disorders and more. Accepting new patients in Arizona, Iowa, and Washington State! As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I assess, diagnose, and provide ongoing medication management. I offer mental health medication bridges, emotional support animal letters, and can connect you to one of our therapists for talk therapy. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I can assess and treat basic medical concerns. I order labs, address results, and provide medication bridges until you can see your primary care provider.

I offer gender-sensitive treatment for PTSD, ADHD, OCD, mood spectrum and psychoneuroendocrinological mental health disorders as well as any secondary substance or process addictions for cis, trans and biological women across the gender spectrum.
