Abbie Kelley, ARNP, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Psychiatric Associates at the Cedar Rapids location. She works with individuals ages four and up. She especially enjoys helping those who experience Anxiety Disorders (Generalized Anxiety, OCD, PTSD), Depression and other Mood Disorders, ADHD, Behavioral Disorders, Trauma, Psychotic Disorders, and Bipolar Disorders. In addition, she has a decade of experience managing an inpatient psychiatric unit.

I’m an integrative/holistic psychiatrist and family physician with functional medicine as well as psychedelic-assisted therapy training. I’ve been in practice for 20 years (post-residency, as a tenure-track academic research scientist and educator at the University of Iowa College of Medicine, then in private practice in St Thomas, USVI, and Iowa City. I’m excited to now be able to offer a variety of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy options to more people suffering from a variety of conditions including anxiety, treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, OCD, and eating disorders.

Hopelessness keeps us from believing in ourselves and fuels inaction. It makes us think we aren't enough, or there is no way to get there from here, or both. You may feel as if you're not strong, creative, driven, or smart enough. I would disagree. We all have a divine nature that we sometimes lose sight of, especially when surrounded by environments that pollute our perceptions and make us afraid to take control of our own reality. My hope is that together, we can rediscover what lies dormant, so that when you look in the mirror you see the true you. I believe we can, and in time you will.

Emily works with children and adolescents 4 to 20 years of age. She has extensive experience managing symptoms of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.

Lindsay Schock, ARNP, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Covenant Family Solutions at the Cedar Rapids location. She works with individuals ages 12 and up. She especially enjoys helping those who experience Anxiety Disorders (OCD, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder), Depression and other Mood Disorders, ADHD, Behavioral Disorders, Trauma, Psychotic Disorders, and Bipolar Disorders. She just relocated from Louisville, Kentucky, and has experience triaging clients in emergency psychiatric services.

I can see ages 6 years old and up. I work with all populations including children and adolescents, adults, older adults, and LGBTQ+.

Abbie is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She sees children and adults for medication management. Areas of interest include depression, generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder, and post-partum depression.

Jeanne-Marie is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner working with individuals aged 8 and older. No referrals are needed. My name is Shelby Leppin, and I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I see patients in Iowa via telehealth.
