I have provided assessment and skilled intervention with patients and families for more than 25 years. I have extensive experience working in the acute inpatient, outpatient, and in-homes settings, and have recently joined the Medication Management Team at Central Iowa Psychological Services. Serving patient ages 5-adulthood to help meet personalized mental health goals.

I work with adults and adolescents for Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and ADHD.

Kelsey believes it is important to create an individualized plan of care that integrates client involvement, evidence-based practices, and interprofessional collaboration. Kelsey is a board certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has worked in the mental health field since 2009. Her background includes experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. Kelsey earned her Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Iowa State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Allen College.

Ms. Roetman is Dual Certified Nurse Practitioner who works with clients along the life span from age 12 yo to 65 yo experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, psychotic disorders, and other mental health concerns. Mrs. Roetman graduated from Drake University with her MSN, FNP-BC and the University of IA for her PMHNP-BC. She provides medication management and supportive therapy. Her treatment model emphasis providing a calm and supportive environment in an attempt to humanize the experience of treatment allowing clients to receive the highest quality of care.

Michelle Kubik is a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) and provides psychiatric care and medication management at Kingdom Counseling. Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at Central College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry. She graduated from Des Moines University in 2015 with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Michelle worked as a provider in primary care for seven years where she found her passion caring for those struggling with their mental health.

I started my career in healthcare providing respite, residential, and skilled community living care to children and young adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. During this time, I fell in love with the profession of nursing and completed my BSN in 2018 at Mercy College of Health and Sciences. I began my nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and later transitioned to working at a pediatric outpatient clinic. I felt most passionate about working with children and young adults seeking treatment for mental health and chose to pursue my Master of Sciences in Nursing at Briar Cliff University.

Taking that first step of asking for help can be difficult, but I am here to provide support without judgment. My office is a safe space where you can be yourself — without judgement. I prioritize collaborating with you and, where appropriate, your family to create a person-centered approach to mental healthcare. As your medication prescriber, I will work with you to determine what mental health medications may help alleviate your symptoms and allow you to work towards your goals. You will have a voice and be an active participant in your mental health treatment.

I have been working as a Nurse Practitioner for several years in a variety of fields including primary care, urgent care, mental health, and women's health. I enjoy connecting with patients and helping them through the many phases of their life that bring stressors and challenges. I work along side our therapists at Cascade to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, and perinatal (pre and post-partum) mental health in adults over age 18.

My name is Kerri Patton. I love being a nurse practitioner. I have worked as one for over 17 years. I am dual certified as both a family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
