Dr. Holly Jacobson combines expertise with compassionate, personalized care. Utilizing evidence-based practices with medication and non-pharmacologic approaches—including psychotherapy—speeds recovery and patients feel better faster. Dr. Jacobson's treatment process is a two-way collaboration based on empathy and judgment-free care in a tailored mental health wellness plan. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and see adolescents as young as 13 years old, adults, and seniors into their 90's. I treat depression, anxiety, insomnia, attention and concentration complaints, bipolar disorder, autism-related behavioral concerns, trauma-related issues, and schizophrenia including substance use disorders.

Utilization of strength based, solution focused, and mentalization focused therapies creates here and now solutions to everyday problems. Through problem solving, supporting positive behaviors and encouraging simple realistic solutions we can decrease negative self talk and increase self esteem. Please call me. I am here to help.
