Hilary graduated from the University of Texas at Austin twice, first with a Bachelor of Arts honors degree in psychology and later with a Master of Science as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Hilary believes there are many avenues to wellness, and she appreciates a role for both Western and complementary and alternative medicine.

Hilary makes clinical decisions based on the most up-to-date research and evidence-based interventions. She carefully blends therapeutic interaction with medication management.
