I help adults who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, depressed, having mood swings, or experiencing intrusive thoughts explore how medication might help. Whether you are new to medication or just not having a good experience finding the right fit, my goal is to help you feel all the way well with as few medications as possible. You deserve to have a provider who will take the time to listen and understand your experience, including what has worked and not worked. Together we will determine if medication will be helpful, what medication will work best, and additional ways you can improve your mental health.
At your first appointment, I will take the time to listen and understand what your experience has been, clarify your goals, and explore your symptoms. Together we will create a plan that considers your needs as a whole person. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and the patient portal makes it easy to connect between sessions when needed.
I have additional training and certification in perinatal mental health, college mental health, and ADHD although I see a variety of clients and conditions beyond this. With over 22 years experience and dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you are in good hands. I look forward to meeting you!

Healing with ADHD
This virtual group is for adults with ADHD is perfect if you are ready to stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling calm and confident. This is a safe space to learn and practice skills, have accountability, and enjoy interacting with other adults with ADHD. Our sessions are structured to make sure that your needs are met and you have opportunities to both give to and receive from the group. The group is led by a certified ADHD specialist with over 20 years experience (and her own shared lived experience).
