I help individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, and/or personality disorders achieve holistic wellness, strengthen adaptability and coping skills, promote self-acceptance, and find a sense of peace. I provide personalized, integrative treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle interventions, nutrition protocols, psychotherapy, specialized lab testing, and mind-body connections to address root causes and empower clients to take charge of their well-being.
