Typically, the first appointment lasts 60 minutes, at which time we'll determine a plan of care. Once you schedule an appointment, I'll contact you right away to answer your questions.
The initial visit is $875; follow-up appointments depend on the type of service provided. Contact your insurance carrier to determine whether you are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. If needed, I can provide generic billing codes to guide help you approximate actual costs. I am licensed in New York (NY), Florida (FL) and California (CA).
