With more than 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I employ a comprehensive approach with medication and psychotherapy, individualized to my patients’ challenges. I treat chronic, complicated mental health conditions with multiple symptoms and factors. I also help people get on with their lives after trauma, loss, and heartbreak. I am passionate about my patients, I understand their struggles. My ultimate goal is to see people flourish, so they can experience life to the fullest- physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Gardens Mental Health partners with therapists and counselors in a welcoming and tranquil setting in Jupiter. We also provide services through Telehealth for established patients. We are accepting new patients and we are in-network with many insurances, including BCBS, Cigna, Bright Health, United Health Care, and Medicare.
