I believe in an evidence-informed holistic and integrative approach to therapy and medicine including non-pharmacological tools (ex/ light therapy, exercise, meditation, & supplements). I have experience with survivors of violence and sexual assault & sex workers. My practice is largely LGBTQIA+ with many trans and non-binary individuals.
You will receive deeply restorative undivided attention and have the time and space to really speak. I will get to know you very well and respect you as an individual.
