Welcoming New Patients! Frances (Fran) Miller APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP NP-C. Fran holds dual board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She provides mental health services including diagnosis and medication management for children, teens, and adults. Fran will work with you to meet your mental health goals in a dignified and respectful manner. She is passionate about educating her patients and their families about their diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans. Fran strives to give compassionate care in a friendly, comfortable setting to the community she serves.
Fran has worked as a provider taking care of individuals and families with acute and emergent psychiatric issues for the past fourteen years. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and training as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wichita State University. Fran received her postgraduate education in Psychiatry and Mental Health at Washburn University.
Fran believes patients should understand their diagnosis, feel supported in their provider patient relationship, and be active participants in their treatment plan. This empowerment, along with the most current evidence-based treatments, results in better outcomes.
