Dr. Varshney is Board Certified in General Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Varshney was born and raised in Sikkim, India. She graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Dr. Varshney completed her residency in psychiatry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine/ Elmhurst Hospital Center, in New York City.
